At Harrah's, our clients work with us in a manner that they prefer most. Our clients can:
- Speak directly to our dispatchers to create and/or track their order
- fax in the order
- e-mail the order
- request a quote, create and track their orders, all directly from the Internet.
We work very hard toward the goal of 100% on-time pick-up and delivery. In the rare event we see we won't make the on-time goal, we
stay in touch with the consignee and shipper to advise them of the situation. Again, our goal is customer satisfaction and repeat
business.
